1. Delivery Zones & Scheduling
To ensure maximum freshness and efficiency, our delivery timelines are based on your distance from our store location:

Within 5 km Radius: * On-Demand Delivery: We prioritize these orders and aim to deliver as soon as possibleafter your order is placed.

Beyond 5 km Radius: * Batch Delivery: To remain eco-friendly and efficient, these orders are delivered during our evening window or once a delivery batch for your area is completed.
2. Order Cut-off Times
Our team works hard to ensure same-day service whenever possible. Please note the following cut-off:

Orders placed before 7:00 PM: Will be processed for same-day delivery (subject to the distance rules above).

Orders placed after 7:00 PM (Beyond 5 km): These will be scheduled for next-day delivery and will be dispatched as soon as possible the following morning.
3. Delivery Fees
We offer competitive rates to ensure your groceries reach you affordably:

Free Local Delivery: All orders within a 5 km radius are delivered free of charge.

Orders over ₹1,999: We offer FREE delivery on all orders above ₹1,999, regardless of the distance.

Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below ₹1,999 and beyond a 5 km radius, delivery charges start from ₹50. Please note that this fee may increase depending on the total distance from our store to your delivery address. The exact fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. How We Deliver

Freshness Guaranteed: Since BAYAT deals in groceries, we use temperature-controlled handling where necessary to ensure your items arrive in peak condition.

Arrival Notification: You will receive a notification (call or SMS) when our delivery partner is on their way and once the delivery has been successfully completed.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your order:

Our driver will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided.

If we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to the store. A re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt.
